Background
Sandra Lindstedt is a thoracic surgeon at Lund University who conducts cutting-edge research on lung transplantation, stem cell therapies, and lung cancer diagnostics. She had a growing research group but had not yet secured major grants such as Vetenskapsrådet and Cancerfonden.
